Accountability
In order to provide the required employment and training programs throughout its local area, the ECWDB uses a competitive proposal process to select and contract with agencies which have a satisfactory record of past performance, the technical skills to perform the work, and the organization, experience, business, ethics, and fiscal accountability that will ensure the highest possible performance.
Performance Accountability is accomplished through a process of gathering and analyzing information to ensure continuous improvement. The following are some of the documents used during that process.
