Youth Council Members
The Youth Council is established as a sub-committee of the Eastern Carolina Workforce Development Board, Inc. and includes representatives of youth service agencies, public housing authority, Job Corps, and former youth program participants. The purpose of the Youth Council is to assist in the development of youth employment and training policy, bring a youth development perspective to the establishment of such policy, establish linkages with other local youth services organizations and take into account a range of issues that can have an impact on the success of our youth in the labor market.
