REQUESTS FOR PROPOSAL
The Eastern Carolina Workforce Development Board, Inc. will release Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for operation of a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker Program within Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pamlico, and Wayne Counties on January 20, 2026.
To receive a copy of the RFP via email, please contact Ms. Maureen Bell at bell@ecwdb.org. A bidders’ conference will be held on January 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to answer questions. Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m., February 20, 2026. Contracts will be awarded based on funding availability.
